Yes, it is a Christmas palm tree. I live in L.A.! This is pretty much Christmas for me- no snow, definitely no snowmen, just some incongruously strung-up lights.
I took some pictures, I got a new camera ... all things to post about, but all things I am too lazy to do right now.
I hope that as 2008 closes, problems also dissipate. And I hope that 2009 brings new (and better) things for us all ... especially in such an economy, with the world in such a strange state.
